We place butlers, estate managers, private chefs, nannies, housekeepers, chauffeurs, and domestic couples with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families and family offices worldwide. Beyond recruitment, the group provides payroll, employer of record (EOR), and household management services for clients with staff across multiple jurisdictions. Our database counts over 200,000 registered candidates, and our teams complete more than 1,200 placements per year.
The role
We are looking for an International Human Resources Manager based in our Dubai office. You will manage HR operations across the group's offices and oversee the employment lifecycle of household staff employed on behalf of clients through our EOR and payroll services. The role spans several jurisdictions, primarily the UAE, France, the UK, and the US. You will work daily with our external employment law and payroll partners in each country and with internal teams across time zones. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who is trustworthy, discreet, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining a beautifully organised household.

This role is suited for someone who is passionate about childcare, has a strong work ethic, and is genuinely committed to building a long-term relationship with the family. The family values candidates who are proactive, adaptable, and willing to support beyond childcare duties when needed.
This is a live-in position, with accommodation provided within the main house. The household is fully staffed; however, the nanny should be comfortable assisting with light household tasks and meal preparation when required, especially during children’s school hours.
