A lot of London families hire a nanny on a gross salary and only later realise what they’ve signed up for.
The paperwork and legal side can be daunting. Registering with HMRC, doing PAYE, auto-enrolling them in a pension, filing year-end returns, as well as dealing with SSP, SMP, holiday pay.
It’s a big job, and one mistake can mean penalties or back-tax bills.

How our Employer of Record services work
Once you’ve chosen your candidate, we draft the employment contract under UK law. The staff member joins Morgan & Mallet’s payroll. We set up PAYE, register them for pension auto-enrolment if needed, and arrange the right insurance.
Each month, we process payroll, issue payslips, and file with HMRC. You pay one invoice that covers gross salary, employer NI, pension contributions, and our fee.
If the role changes, the staff member leaves, or you employ more people, let us know and we will arrange the paperwork.

What do we do and what do you do?
We’re the legal employer, so the legal and administrative side is what we deal with:

International Employer of Record Services
Many our UK EOR clients aren’t British. They might use their home in the UK for just some of the year.
