About Us
Laurine Mallet and Morgan Richez founded Morgan & Mallet in London in 2015. They had one clear goal: to raise the standard of private household staffing.
What began as a small, specialist agency has grown into a global business. Today, we’re part of the Morgan & Mallet Group, headquartered in Paris, and we serve families across the world.
Why We Started
Laurine and Morgan saw a gap in the market. Families looking for top quality domestic staff needed something better, a service that was personal, reliable and discreet.
They built the agency around trust, attention to detail and high standards. That approach quickly resonated with clients, and the business grew from one London office into an international network.
