The hiring period typically ranges from 2 days to 6 weeks, depending on the role.

  • Core positions (housekeepers, nannies, chauffeurs) are usually filled more quickly.
  • Specialist positions (butlers, estate managers, private chefs, domestic couples) may take longer due to the high standards of expertise and discretion required.

Our fees are transparent and contract-based, varying according to the type of role and employment contract (permanent, temporary, or payroll services). Clients also benefit from our placement guarantee, ensuring peace of mind in case the staff member does not fully meet expectations.

Yes. We place both live-in and live-out staff depending on the household’s needs. Live-in placements are particularly common for nannies, domestic couples, and housekeepers.

Morgan & Mallet provides a guarantee period of up to 3 months. If the candidate is not the right match, we reopen the search and introduce new profiles at no additional cost.

No. Our services are completely free for candidates. The placement fees are covered by the client (the household or family office).
