We specialize in recruiting experienced household staff with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in private residences, estates, or luxury hotels. Every candidate must demonstrate long-term stability in previous roles and provide verified references. We place butlers, housekeepers, head housekeepers, governesses, private chefs, nannies, chauffeurs, domestic couples, personal assistant, property caretakers, and other estate professionals required for HNW and UHNW households.

Our recruitment process is multi-stage and highly selective:

  3. Reference verification with previous employers.
  4. Assessment of career longevity and commitment.
  5. Criminal record  and diploma checking
  6. Skill evaluation (culinary expertise, childcare, estate management, technical knowledge).

We recruit in the United States (all US) and New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Palm Beach, San Francisco), the all United Kingdom (London and surrounding areas), and the all Middle East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Doha).

The hiring period typically ranges from 2 days to 6 weeks, depending on the role.

  • Core positions (housekeepers, nannies, chauffeurs) are usually filled more quickly.
  • Specialist positions (butlers, estate managers, private chefs, domestic couples) may take longer due to the high standards of expertise and discretion required.

Our fees are transparent and contract-based, varying according to the type of role and employment contract (permanent, temporary, or payroll services). Clients also benefit from our placement guarantee, ensuring peace of mind in case the staff member does not fully meet expectations.

Yes. We place both live-in and live-out staff depending on the household’s needs. Live-in placements are particularly common for nannies, domestic couples, and housekeepers.

Morgan & Mallet provides a guarantee period of up to 3 months. If the candidate is not the right match, we reopen the search and introduce new profiles at no additional cost.

No. Our services are completely free for candidates. The placement fees are covered by the client (the household or family office).
