Our clients are generally HNW* or UHNW* individuals and/or families, as a result our recruitment and candidate selection is understandably extremely selective. Trust, efficiency, and discretion are the pillars of our recruitment ethos.
We require a minimum of three years experience working in private households, luxury hotels, exclusive services, or an extensive background in hospitality and/or high-end restaurants. We also consider all candidates who have received specialized training in the field of luxury hotel management and services.

An interview with our expert HR consultants will be arranged within 48 hours of receiving your application.
Our first interview can take up to an hour. Potential candidates will be expected to prepare for this.

Should a candidate meet our selection standards, and their qualification certificates and criminal checks be fully verified, they will be contacted for a second interview with our consultants regarding a specific position matching their search criteria.
It is our responsibility as a recruitment agency to introduce our clients to the best candidates. We therefore expect you to represent our excellent standards.
Our staff will arrange an interview with the interested client, or his representative, and inform you of the time, place and any particular conditions that may apply. The interview is also an opportunity for you to discuss the client’s needs and expectations, we advise candidates to be prepared to ask questions in order to better understand the role on offer.
Candidates should be aware that a client may prefer to call for a second interview before making the final decision to employ them or not.
Once the offer has been made and accepted, you will receive an employment proposal with the terms and conditions of the work contract (permanent, fixed-term, temporary, or seasonal).
If you have any questions, or if you wish to make changes to the contract, you may inform your consultant who will be happy to help with negotiations.
If the placement demands a relocation, the chosen candidate will benefit from the support of our staff during the settling in period. This includes help with finding accommodation and moving belongings, visas and work permits. For more information please contact your consultant.
