We are a high-profile private domestic staffing agency that places proven, experienced domestic staff for wealthy families across the United States and internationally.
Since 2015, we have filled roles in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco, Palm Beach, the Hamptons, and everywhere in between.
Every candidate goes through a 90-minute structured interview where we verify technical skills, check references, and run criminal background checks before their profile reaches you.
The staff we place must have experience in high net worth luxury environments.
Most of them have spent a whole career working in private service. 63% of the professionals in our candidate database have 10 or more years’ experience, and 29% have 20 years or more.
We give you a shortlist, not just lots of resumes. Each job brief we advertise has 45 applications on average, and 11% of them receive 100 or more.
Across 450,000+ applications since 2016, only 21% of those we assessed were accepted.
That selectivity is the reason our placements last.
We know that lasting staff is what families who work with us want. Of the US job briefs we write with clients that say, 93.3% are for permanent roles.

Founded by Staff, Built for Families
Our co-founders were household staff before they started this agency.
Morgan Richez worked as a butler and chauffeur for ultra-high-net-worth families in London. Laurine Mallet worked as a nanny.
They saw first-hand what makes a placement succeed and what makes it fail.
They started Morgan & Mallet in 2015 because they noticed a gap.
Wealthy families were going global, owning properties in multiple countries, travelling constantly, expecting staff who could keep up.
But most high-end domestic staff agencies only operated locally. A household staffing agency in London could not find you a butler in Monaco. A New York agency had no reach into Dubai.
So they built an international household staff agency with offices in eight cities across three continents.
Every office uses the same custom-built applicant tracking system. Every recruiter follows the same vetting process.
A candidate interviewed in Paris is visible to recruiters in New York, Dubai, and Geneva within minutes.
Today, Morgan & Mallet has over 200,000 registered candidates in its database and has placed staff in roles ranging from part-time housekeepers to full estate manager teams managing multiple properties across the world.
Over 50,300 of those candidates are vetted. Only vetted candidates are ever shortlisted and presented to a family.

In our job briefs in the US, nannies are the role asked for the most, at 19.1%, followed by housekeepers at 16.8%.
