Morgan Richez worked as a butler and chauffeur for ultra-high-net-worth families in London. Laurine Mallet worked as a nanny. They saw first-hand what makes a placement succeed and what makes it fail.
They started Morgan & Mallet in 2015 because they noticed a gap.
Wealthy families were going global, owning properties in multiple countries, travelling constantly, expecting staff who could keep up.
