Our co-founders were household staff before they started this agency.
Morgan Richez worked as a butler and chauffeur for ultra-high-net-worth families in London. Laurine Mallet worked as a nanny. They saw first-hand what makes a placement succeed and what makes it fail.
They started Morgan & Mallet in 2015 because they noticed a gap.
Wealthy families were going global, owning properties in multiple countries, travelling constantly, expecting staff who could keep up.
But most domestic staff agencies only operated locally. A household staffing agency in London could not find you a butler in Monaco. A New York agency had no reach into Dubai.
So they built an international household staff agency with offices in eight cities across four continents.
