The role
We are looking for a full-time freelance recruiter to join our US team, based in Miami. This is a 360 role. You will develop new business with HNW, UHNW, and family office clients across Florida, and you will run the recruitment process end to end for the mandates you win.
The right person is commercial first: comfortable prospecting, networking in private wealth circles, and closing service agreements, while also able to identify and present household staff at the level our clients expect.
A private household is seeking a dedicated, full-time, and permanent House Manager to support two primary residences: a main home in St. James, NY (~6,000 sq. ft.) and a secondary summer residence in East Quogue, NY (~5,000 sq. ft.), located approximately one hour apart.
This is a newly created role within the household. The ideal candidate will be highly flexible, trustworthy, and comfortable establishing new operational routines as the position evolves.
The household consists of the principal, his wife, and their four adult sons (ages 19–26). There are no pets in the home, and no childcare or supervision is required.
A warm, welcoming and respectful family is looking for an experienced, energetic and caring fulltime Live-in Nanny to become a long-term part of their household.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a genuinely supportive family who values kindness, teamwork and open communication.
The parents are highly involved in their children's daily lives, and the nanny will work alongside them as part of a team rather than being solely responsible for all three children at once.
The family currently spends most of the year in Puerto Rico and the summer months in Connecticut. They are looking for someone who would like to become a valued member of the family for many years to come.
As part of their long-term plans, they hope to relocate permanently to Connecticut in the future, making this an exciting opportunity for someone seeking stability and a long-term position.
The family has three wonderful children aged 10, 8 and 5. All three children attend school, so the role is primarily focused on supporting the family's afternoon and evening routine, organising engaging activities, encouraging learning, and creating
a positive, fun environment.
The children are active and enjoy spending time outdoors. One of them especially loves playing soccer, so the ideal nanny will be energetic, playful and genuinely enjoy joining in with games and outdoor activities.
An international family is seeking a professional Nanny to support the care of their young son during their summer stay in Miami, Florida.
The family normally resides abroad and is accustomed to working with highly experienced household staff. Due to current international circumstances, they will be spending the summer months in Miami and are seeking a qualified nanny to provide support during this period.
The position will focus primarily on the care and engagement of the family's almost three-year-old son. The mother is highly involved in parenting and remains actively engaged in her child’s daily routine, education, and activities.
The ideal candidate will be experienced, professional, and comfortable working in a structured household environment where routines and organization are highly valued.
The family is open to live-in or live-out arrangements, allowing flexibility in sourcing the strongest candidates.
A bustling family of four in Miami Beach is seeking a dedicated, long-term Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper/Family Assistant type to manage the daily operations of their home and provide engaging, high-energy care for their two daughters (ages 7 and 5) after school.
This role is ideal for a seasoned domestic professional who excels at maintaining clear professional boundaries while bringing a calm, warm, and playful demeanor to their interactions with children.
The family employs a separate Housekeeper for deep cleaning, allowing this position to focus on daily household maintenance, organizing, and direct childcare.
The ideal candidate views this as a long-term career commitment (10–15 years preferred) and thrives in a structured, highly professional private estate environment.
