“I guess there are two pieces of advice I’d suggest:
First, be aware of the seasonal demand in the UAE. This way you can get ahead of other clients who are hiring at the same time.
The market in Dubai is pretty quiet during summer, from May to August. Most clients are traveling because of the extreme heat. But things get really busy in September when everyone comes back. You’ll also see peaks in January and March.
Second, act fast during these peak months. The best candidates go very quickly. So when we send you resumes, reply as soon as you can. If you wait even a day or two, you might miss out on someone really good.”
