Job description
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and hands-on Outdoor Housekeeper / Exterior Maintenance Attendant to join the team at EŌME Residences, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
The position involves maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of outdoor areas
across multiple luxury private residences, including exterior stone surfaces, terraces, pathways, swimming pool areas, driveways, and vehicles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all outdoor areas are consistently clean, well-maintained, and presented to a high standard, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment for community owners and their guests.
As the role involves working across multiple properties, we are looking for someone who is flexible, physically fit, proactive, and willing to take on different outdoor cleaning and basic maintenance responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in outdoor housekeeping, exterior cleaning, or property maintenance, preferably within luxury private residences, villas, hotels, or resorts. They should take pride in their work, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Outdoor Cleaning and Maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, including terraces, pathways,
driveways, and entrances. - Clean exterior stone surfaces, marble, tiles, and outdoor furniture using appropriate
cleaning methods. - Keep outdoor spaces free from dust, sand, leaves, and debris.
- Assist with general outdoor upkeep and basic maintenance tasks when required.
Swimming Pool and Outdoor Facilities
- Keep swimming pool surroundings, pool decks, and relaxation areas clean and organised.
- Ensure outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and poolside facilities are properly arranged.
- Assist with basic pool cleaning tasks when trained and report any maintenance concerns.
Vehicle Cleaning
- Wash and clean residents' vehicles as assigned, including interiors when required.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and techniques to maintain vehicle surfaces.
- Keep parking areas and garages clean and presentable.
General Responsibilities
- Identify and report any cleaning or maintenance issues to management.
- Maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition.
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
- Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily
operations. - Maintain professionalism and respect residents' privacy while working across private
properties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outdoor housekeeping, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, or
a similar position. - Experience working in luxury private residences, villas, hotels, resorts, or residential
developments would be an advantage. - Good knowledge of appropriate cleaning methods for stone, marble, tiles, glass, and other
exterior surfaces. - Experience in vehicle cleaning and maintaining swimming pool surroundings would be
preferred. - Basic understanding of property maintenance and the ability to identify and report
maintenance issues. - Good English communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with residents, colleagues, and management.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing outdoor cleaning and maintenance duties in
Dubai's weather conditions. - Hardworking, reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Hands-on and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities across multiple
properties. - Good organisational skills and time management.
- Ability to take initiative and identify cleaning or maintenance needs without constant
supervision. - Willingness to assist with different outdoor housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks
when required. - Comfortable working as part of a team and coordinating with other service providers.
- Professional attitude and respect for residents' privacy and property.
- Willingness to follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and property

Work conditions
- Work Location: EŌME Residences, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, working across multiple
luxury private residences. - Working Days: 6 days per week, 1 day off
- Start Date: ASAP, subject to confirmation.
