Full-Time Nanny/Housekeeper job (M/F) in Dubai, UAE
Job description
A family based on Palm Jumeirah is seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced Nanny/Housekeeper to join their household full-time.
The primary responsibility is to support the care of their toddler during specific hours when the main nanny is on break or off duty. When not directly caring for the child, the role includes assisting with cooking and helping with light household duties to support the smooth running of the home.
The ideal candidate should enjoy spending time with young children, be nurturing and attentive, and be comfortable working as part of a household team.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive childcare for the toddler during designated hours.
- Engage the child in age-appropriate activities such as playing, reading, and simple learning activities.
- Prepare healthy, home-cooked meals for the toddler and occasionally assist with meals for the family.
- Keep the child’s areas tidy and organized.
- Assist with light household duties such as laundry, organizing, and general household support.
- Work collaboratively with other household staff to ensure the home runs smoothly.
- Travel with the family when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience caring for toddlers.
- Strong references from previous employers.
- Warm, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable.
- Organized, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a household team environment.
- Comfortable with pets.
- Currently based in Dubai.
Work conditions
- Full-Time, 6 days a week.
- Based in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai

- Opportunity to travel with the family during holidays
- Accommodation: The position will initially be offered on a live-out basis, with the expectation that it will transition to a live-in arrangement after several months, depending on the household’s needs and mutual agreement.
