Full-Time Live-Out Private Chef job (M/F) in Dubai, UAE
Job description
Our client, a Canadian/Lebanese household based in Palm Jumeirah, is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Private Chef.
The selected candidate will prepare healthy, highquality meals for two family members, accommodating dietary requirements including gluten intolerance and avoidance of processed foods. The chef will also be required to travel internationally with the employer.
The ideal candidate is European or from a country that does not require a visa for Europe, ensuring smooth international travel.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is professional, flexible, and passionate about culinary excellence, capable of catering for daily meals as well as occasional small gatherings (5–10 guests).
Responsibilities
- Prepare three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for two family members.
- Ensure meals meet dietary requirements: healthy, gluten-free, and no processed foods.
- Plan weekly menus, sourcing ingredients locally and ensuring freshness and quality.
- Be versatile and creative in cooking styles to accommodate various cuisines.
- Prepare meals for small gatherings or entertaining 5–10 guests once a week.
- Maintain the kitchen, cooking equipment, and pantry in a clean, organized, and hygienic manner.
- Assist with meal-related errands such as grocery shopping or sourcing specialty ingredients.
- Work professionally, discreetly, and in line with household schedules and standards.
- Travel internationally with the employer as required, ensuring food preparation and dietary standards are maintained abroad.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a private or professional chef in luxury households, hotels, or fine dining.
- Female preferred (but open depending on experience and fit).
- European nationality or from a country that does not require a visa for Europe, or holds a long-term European visa.
- Strong knowledge of healthy, balanced, and versatile cuisine.
- Ability to adapt menus for dietary restrictions and preferences (gluten-free, no processed foods).
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work normal hours for daily meals, with additional hours as required during hosting. of guests, events, or international travel.
- Professional appearance, highly trustworthy, and discreet.
- Comfortable traveling internationally with the employer.
