A young, cultured couple with a refined palate and a passion for exceptional food, dividing their time between three of the world's most coveted addresses Cap-Ferrat, Dubai, and Milan.
Supported by a dedicated household team, they are now seeking a Michelin-trained Travelling Private Chef of the highest calibre to become a long-term, trusted member of their inner circle.
This is a live-in role offering outstanding living arrangements: a private en-suite at their Cap-Ferrat residence and a separate apartment in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Preparation and service of 3 meals per day for the principal and his spouse
- Menu planning and adaptation to suit the couple's tastes and dietary requirements; no allergies
- Provisioning and full kitchen management across all three residences, ensuring the highest standards of produce quality and freshness
- Entertaining and hosting support when required
- Close collaboration with the butler on meal service and table coordination
- Travel between Cap-Ferrat, Dubai, and Milan in line with the household calendar
- Cooking for household staff as required
Requirements
- Michelin-trained, with a background in fine dining or top-level UHNW private household
- Impeccable technique and a refined, adaptable culinary style suited to an international, well-travelled couple
- Experienced in provisioning across multiple locations and managing kitchen operations independently
- Comfortable travelling frequently and living in, across culturally diverse environments
- Discreet, professional, and at ease working within an existing household team
- EU passport holder
- English-speaking; additional languages a plus
- Driving licence desirable
