Our Dubai office plays a key role in sourcing, qualifying, and managing top-tier candidates for international placements.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Dubai team, focused primarily on candidate sourcing, registration, and qualification.
This role is candidate-facing and operational. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality profiles, conducting structured interviews, registering candidates into our internal systems, and ensuring all candidate data meets Morgan & Mallet standards before submission to recruiters.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interviewing, assessing people, and building strong candidate pipelines, rather than sales or client acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job applications, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct structured screening interviews (video/phone)
- Register candidates accurately in the internal ATS
- Collect, verify, and organize candidate documents (CVs, references, IDs, certifications)
- Evaluate experience in private households, UHNW environments, hospitality, or yachting
- Assess soft skills: discretion, presentation, service mindset, reliability
- Ensure candidates meet role-specific and location-specific requirements
- Flag high-potential profiles to senior recruiters
- Maintain clean, up-to-date candidate records
- Follow internal validation and compliance procedures
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection at all times
- Coordinate with recruiters across international offices
- Act as a professional and reassuring first point of contact
- Clearly explain recruitment steps, expectations, and timelines
- Maintain respectful, transparent communication throughout the process
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, hospitality, or candidate coordination
- Experience interviewing candidates is essential
- Exposure to luxury service, private staffing, or hospitality is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to assess people quickly and accurately
- Comfortable working with databases and ATS tools
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Fluent English required
- French, Arabic, Russian, or additional languages are a strong plus
