Senior Housekeeper Job in Monaco - Live Out
Job description
A private family relocating to Monaco is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Housekeeper to
support the smooth running of their home to a very high standard.
The family consists of two adults, two young children aged 4 and 2, a full-time nanny, and a
friendly Labradoodle. They will be living in a four-bedroom apartment of approximately 250 m².
This is a live-out position, and accommodation is not provided.
The family is looking for a warm, flexible, and highly capable professional who is confident
working in a home with young children and a dog, while maintaining excellent housekeeping
standards in a relaxed but well-run household.
Responsibilities
• Full housekeeping and detailed cleaning of the residence
• Laundry and ironing
• Wardrobe organisation and clothing care
• Changing bed linen and maintaining household linens
• Organising dry cleaning, including drop-off and collection
• Household shopping, restocking, and replenishment of supplies
• Maintaining overall order, organisation, and presentation of the home
• Working in coordination with the full-time nanny, weekend nanny, and chef
• Being comfortable around children and able to supervise them briefly if needed while the
nanny steps away
• Being comfortable around the family dog
Requirements
• Solid experience as a Senior Housekeeper in a private household
• Excellent cleaning and laundry skills, with strong attention to detail
• Hands-on, proactive, and flexible approach
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Comfortable working in a family home with children and a dog
• Portuguese would be highly desirable
• Otherwise, good English is required
• Discreet, reliable, and professional
• Cooking is not required
Work conditions
Schedule
Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility as
required
Start date
End of June 2026, depending on the family’s relocation and employer registration
