Morgan & Mallet International is a luxury household staffing firm. We place butlers, private chefs, nannies, housekeepers, estate managers, and personal assistants with ultra-high-net-worth families and family offices worldwide.
We were founded in 2015 by two former household staff. That ground-level experience shapes everything we do. We hold a vetted database of more than 200 K verified candidates, we operate across eight offices, and we work in several languages.
Our Dubai office serves clients across the Gulf and the wider Middle East. We are looking for a recruitment consultant to grow with it.
The Role
You will manage placements from first client brief to final signature. You will source candidates, vet them, present shortlists, and guide both sides through the offer. You will own your desk.
This is a full-desk role. You handle candidates and clients. You build relationships that last for years.
Responsibilities
- Take detailed briefs from private clients and family offices.
- Source, screen, and vet candidates against our standards.
- Run structured interviews and full reference checks.
- Present tailored shortlists with clear, honest guidance.
- Manage offers, negotiations, and the placement to completion.
- Keep candidate and client records accurate in our systems.
- Represent the brand with discretion at all times.
- Meet and exceed monthly placement targets.
Requirements
- Two or more years in recruitment, luxury hospitality, private service, or high-end sales.
- Fluent English. Arabic or French is a strong advantage.
- A calm, precise, and discreet manner. You are trusted with private information.
- A track record of hitting targets. You are motivated by results.
- Sharp judgement of people. You can read a room and match the right person to the right home.
- Strong written communication. You represent us in every email.
- Comfort with a fast pace and demanding, high-value clients.
- UAE residency or willingness to relocate.

Compensation
