Job description

Morgan & Mallet International is seeking a highly motivated and professional Recruiter to join its Dubai team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and placing exceptional candidates with private clients, families, VIP, and high-profile individuals.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and screening through to interview coordination, selection, and placement.
Source qualified candidates through recruitment databases, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other professional networks.
Conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, personality, and suitability for specific positions.
Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates across the UAE and internationally.
Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Prepare candidate profiles and present suitable candidates to clients in a professional and compelling manner.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and manage the recruitment process through to successful placement.
Conduct reference checks and ensure candidates meet the required professional standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within internal recruitment systems.
Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients and provide a high level of service throughout the recruitment process.
Stay informed about recruitment trends, salary expectations, and the private staffing market in Dubai and internationally.
Ensure complete confidentiality when handling sensitive client and candidate information.
Contribute to business development activities and help strengthen the company's presence within the Dubai and Middle Eastern market.

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment, executive search, headhunting, HR, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and interviewing abilities.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
Professional, discreet, and highly organised approach.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals, private clients, and senior professionals.
Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages such as French or Arabic would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, Microsoft Office, and CRM/database systems.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to an international team.
Previous experience within the luxury, private staffing, hospitality, executive search, or domestic staffing sectors would be advantageous.
