Job description
Our client is seeking a senior, highly refined Private Villa Chef for a UHNW family based in the South of France for the summer of 2026, with strong potential for a long-term, full-time collaboration and international travel.
This position is designed for a chef with a strong background in internationally recognised, high-end restaurant brands such as Zuma, Nobu, Cipriani, or similar luxury dining concepts, where precision, consistency, visual excellence, and brand-level execution are essential.
Responsibilities
- Mediterranean foundations with Asian / Japanese influences.
- Highly polished plating and modern, refined presentation.
- Excellent understanding of flavour balance, texture, and detail.
- Premium ingredients, clean execution, and aesthetic consistency.
- Private villa in the Saint-Tropez area.
- Family of 2–4 adults and 2 children.
- Relaxed household with a genuine appreciation for refined cuisine.
- High expectations paired with a respectful working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience within luxury international restaurant groups (Zuma, Nobu, Cipriani, or similar).
- Strong plating skills and attention to visual detail.
- Able to work independently at a consistently high level.
- Comfortable adapting restaurant cuisine to a private household.
- Calm, professional, discreet, and service-oriented.
