Private Family Chef/Cook job (M/F) in Dubai, UAE
Job description
A family of four, two adults and two children aged 8 and 10, who have recently relocated to a new villa near Arabian Ranches in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Private Chef for a long-term, stable position.
The family enjoys Russian and European cuisine, with a focus on healthy, Mediterranean-style dishes. There are no allergies or special diets in the household. The chef will work alongside the villa's housekeeping staff.
Responsibilities
- Preparing breakfast, served at 6:30 am sharp
- Preparing family-style lunches and dinners, with dinner at around 7 pm, either served or left ready at the table or in the fridge
- Preparing children's meals and healthy lunch boxes
- Creating menus and managing provisioning
- Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and keeping the kitchen spotless
- Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a private chef in private households
- Strong command of Russian and European cuisine, with healthy, Mediterranean-style cooking
- Experience cooking for children, including healthy lunch boxes
- Excellent organisation, menu planning and provisioning skills
- Impeccable hygiene standards
- A positive, flexible approach and a team player
Work conditions
- Full-time, long-term position
- 5 to 6 days per week
- Live-out preferred; a live-in option is available for exceptional candidates relocating from overseas
- Start date: as soon as possible
