Full-Time Live-Out Private Chef (M/F) job in Dubai, UAE
Job description
Responsibilities
- Plan and create weekly menus tailored to family preferences.
- Prepare fresh, healthy meals daily, with an emphasis on Japanese and Mediterranean dishes.
- Adapt menus and dishes for special occasions or when guests visit.
- Order groceries, manage food supplies, and conduct stock checks.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised kitchen at all times.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently upheld.
- Work collaboratively with household staff and adapt to the family’s schedule.
- Sometimes provide lunches to be taken into principles office.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a private chef or in high-end restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Ability to design nutritious, balanced menus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player.
- Professional, discreet, and reliable.
Work conditions
- Location: Dubai Hills, Dubai, UAE
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: 5 or 6 days per week, 12 hours per day, timings tbc. Likely 7am-7pm
- Accommodation: Live-out - not provided
