A lovely family relocating to Dubai in September are looking for a skilled and reliable Private Cook / Family Chef to prepare fresh, delicious, and healthy meals for the household.
This role suits someone who enjoys family-style cooking rather than formal fine dining.
Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks daily
- Create balanced meals for adults and children
- Prepare lunchboxes or school snacks if required
- Cater to dietary preferences and allergies
- Plan varied weekly menus
- Prepare international and healthy dishes
- Cook child-friendly meals
- Adapt menus based on family requests
- Grocery shopping and ordering supplies
- Pantry and fridge organisation
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
- Monitor stock rotation and freshness
- Prepare meals for guests or small gatherings
- BBQs, brunches, and casual entertaining support
Requirements
- Previous experience as a private cook or family chef
- Strong home-style cooking ability
- Knowledge of healthy and international cuisine
- Good hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Flexible and calm personality
- Good English communication
Work conditions
- Accommodation: Live-in, accommodation provided
- Work Schedule: 6 days of work per week, with 1 day off
- Location: Emirates Hills, Dubai, UAE
- Start Date: November 2026
