A warm family in Toluca Lake is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented High-End Housekeeper or Household Manager to care for their newly renovated 4,400 sq ft luxury home.
The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards, understands how to properly care for specialty surfaces, and works proactively without close supervision.
The family is seeking a true professional who can protect their investment, maintain the home to the highest standard, and bring peace of mind through consistency and reliability.
Home Details
- Approx. 4,400 sq ft
- 4 bedrooms
- Large primary suite with two closets
- Custom cabinetry, wood ceilings, stone and specialty surfaces Recently completed full renovation
- Outdoor living spaces and porch areas Professional gardeners on staff
Responsibilities
- Detailed and maintenance cleaning of entire home (rotational: upstairs/downstairs) Proper care of high-end finishes and specialty materials.
- Use of correct products for all surfaces.
- Professional, hotel-standard bed making Laundry, folding, and organization Closet and wardrobe upkeep.
- Deep cleaning on a rotating schedule.
- Cleaning outdoor furniture and sweeping porches Moving items to clean thoroughly.
- Monitoring household supplies and restocking.
- Reporting any damage, wear, or maintenance issues promptly Maintaining a consistently "show-ready" home.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury or high-end private homes Strong knowledge of specialty surface care.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized Proactive, thoughtful, and self-directed Honest and communicative.
- Discreet and respectful of privacy.
- Comfortable working while parents are working from home Limited personal phone use during work hours.
Work conditions
- Location: Toluca Lake, CA 91602
- Schedule: 2 days/week, 8 hours per day (16 hours/week)
- Status: Live-out J Long-term preferred
