Job description
A private household is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain a 7,000 sq. ft. residence. The home contains antiques and delicate objects requiring a high level of care, discretion, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Daily and routine cleaning of the residence.
- Careful handling, dusting, and maintenance of antiques and delicate furnishings.
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness across all living areas.
- Use of appropriate cleaning methods and products for specialty surfaces.
- Reporting any damage, repair needs, or supply shortages.
- Working respectfully within a private household environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in high-end or private residences strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of caring for antiques and delicate materials.
- Strong attention to detail and respect for property.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
Work conditions
- Location: Palo Alto, CA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 hours per day, shift options: 8:00am–1:00pm or 9:00am–2:00pm
- Start Date: ASAP

Salary
