Job description

Our client is seeking a qualified Housekeeper to look after their apartment in the 16th arrondissement of Paris.

The position is available as soon as possible on a part-time, self-employed (auto-entrepreneur) service basis (20 hours per week).

Responsibilities

Carry out the routine upkeep of the apartment (cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, waxing, polishing, etc.)
Manage the household laundry (sorting, washing, ironing)
Tidy and organise the dressing rooms
Monitor the supply and stock of cleaning products
Coordinate and supervise visits from external service providers
Run errands as needed
Prepare meals on request
Manage everyday purchases for the home
Report any equipment malfunctions to the employer
Report regularly to the employer

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar professional setting
The ideal candidate is autonomous, energetic, and versatile in carrying out their duties.
The ability to take initiative and adapt to needs is essential.
A strong passion for cooking is a major asset.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
Fluency in French is essential.
A driving licence is an additional advantage.
