Full-Time Live-Out Private Chef job (M/F) in Dubai, UAE
Job description
A lovely family of four in Downtown Dubai is seeking an experienced Private Chef to prepare daily meals
(breakfast, lunch, dinner, and light snacks) with a focus on light, healthy European cuisine, particularly Italian.
The role includes menu planning, cooking balanced meals for both adults and children, maintaining high
standards of hygiene, managing groceries and kitchen organization, and being flexible with schedules and travel.
European-trained chefs with private household experience and legal ability to work in the UAE are required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals for a family of four, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and light snacks.
- Specialize strictly in European cuisine, with a strong focus on Italian light and healthy food.
- Create diet-focused, balanced, and nutritious menu.
- Cook both adult and child-appropriate meals (no separate “kids-only” food required).
- Prepare specific dishes upon request, including: Syrniki (fried cottage cheese).
- Plan weekly menus and adapt meals based on family preferences and feedback.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
- Manage kitchen organization, grocery lists, and ingredient quality.
- Manage the grocery shopping.
- Be flexible and responsive to family needs and schedule changes.
- Travel with the family when required.
- Respect privacy, discretion, and VIP household standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Private Chef or High-end Household Chef.
- European-trained chef (mandatory).
- Strong background in: Italian cuisine (essential); French, Spanish, Moldovan, and Russian cuisines (strong advantage).
- Experience cooking healthy, light, diet-conscious meals.
- Experience working with VIP or private households.
- Ability to cook consistently for both adults and children.
- Excellent understanding of diet-focused cooking.
- Ability to listen carefully and adapt to family preferences.
- Willingness and ability to travel with the family when needed.
- Freelance visa preferred .
- Professional, discreet, flexible, and well-presented.
