Job description
A private household in Dubai is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and experienced Housekeeper to support the daily running of a private villa.
The role is long-term and suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and well-managed home environment.
The successful candidate will be discreet, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while respecting established household routines.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning of the villa, including bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the property.
- Deep cleaning and sanitising the kitchen, appliances, and work surfaces.
- Maintaining a neat, tidy, and well-presented home at all times.
- Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and hygienic.
- Cleaning appliances, cupboards, and food preparation areas.
- Washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organising laundry.
- Sorting clothes by fabric and colour.
- Operating laundry equipment safely.
- Handling clothing and household items with care and attention to detail.
- Managing household and cleaning supplies.
- Monitoring stock levels and restocking as needed.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day organisation of the household.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in private family households.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy.
- Well organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to work independently and follow household routines.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Seeking a long-term position.
