- Source and purchase high-quality, kosher-certified ingredients from approved suppliers.
- Manage kitchen inventory, stock levels, and forward planning of orders.
- Minimise food waste by:
Planning menus around existing ingredients
Creatively repurposing ingredients across meals
Avoiding unnecessary or duplicate purchases
- Limit last-minute or additional shopping to genuine needs or specific family requests.
- Ensure correct food storage, labelling, rotation, and stock usage.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency in the kitchen.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Household & Professional Conduct
- Work collaboratively and respectfully within a private household environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules.
