Full-Time Live-In Housekeeper job (M/F) in Lahore, Pakistan
Job description
A distinguished VVIP family based in Lahore is seeking an exceptional Housekeeper to join their private estate team.
The successful candidate will work closely with and report directly to the House Manager, ensuring the residence is maintained to impeccable, five-star standards at all times.
We are seeking A-plus calibre candidates only — highly professional, detail-oriented, discreet, and experienced in serving UHNW/VVIP households. European passport holders are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with and assist the House Manager in daily operations.
- Perform high-standard cleaning and upkeep of all areas of the residence.
- Manage laundry, ironing, and advanced wardrobe care (including delicate and luxury
garments). - Prepare rooms to hotel-level standards, including guest room setup.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the property.
- Ensure all household areas remain perfectly organized and presentation-ready at all times.
- Support during events and guest visits when required.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
Requirements
- European passport holder (preferred).
- Proven experience in luxury private households, estates, or five-star hotels.
- Strong knowledge of luxury fabric care and wardrobe management.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor, well-presented, and service-oriented.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing household needs.
- Fluent in English.
Work conditions
- Private accommodation provided (including attached bathroom).
- Meals provided.
- Working hours: 8–10 hours per day (flexibility required, particularly during events or
shift adjustments). - Schedule: 6 days per week, 1 day off.
- Flights covered for initial relocation.
- Work visa and medical insurance provided.
