Housekeeper job (M/F) in Troinex, Switzerland
Job description
Morgan & Mallet International is recruiting for a private family residing in Troinex, a residential commune on the outskirts of Geneva, an experienced, meticulous and perfectly autonomous Housekeeper (M/F).
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the complete and careful maintenance of the family residence
- Impeccable ironing of shirts, delicate garments and noble fabrics (linen, silk, cotton, cashmere), a central and non-negotiable skill for this role
- Daily cleaning of all rooms: living room, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms
- Maintenance of floors according to their material
- Dusting of furniture and decorative objects
- Window cleaning
- Complete linen management: sorting, washing, drying and storing in cupboards according to the family's preferences
- Maintaining the general order of the house
- Managing cleaning product stocks and anticipating daily needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-end private residence
- Discreet, reliable and punctual
- Autonomous in organising your work with a strong sense of initiative
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional conduct in all circumstances
Work conditions
- Hours: Part-time – 20 hours/week, Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays
- Contract: Permanent (CDI) – start date September 2026
- Accommodation: Live-out
- Location: Troinex, Switzerland
