Housekeeper job (M/F) in The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE
Job description
A warm and welcoming family of two adults, one child, and a small dog is seeking an
experienced Housekeeper to manage the smooth day-to-day running of their home.
This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who is trustworthy, discreet, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining a beautifully organised household.
The ideal candidate will genuinely enjoy working in a family environment and be comfortable around both children and pets.

Responsibilities
- Daily housekeeping and upkeep of the residence.
- Laundry, ironing, folding, and wardrobe organization.
- Changing bed linen as required.
- Keeping all areas of the home immaculate and organized.
- Dusting high and hard-to-reach areas.
- Watering plants.
- Unpacking and sanitizing luggage after travel.
- Preparing meals when required.
- Assisting with grocery shopping and household errands.
- Supporting the youngest child's routines and meals.
- Caring for the family dog, including feeding, walking, bathing, and administering medication if necessary.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of both the child and the dog at all times.
- Assisting with guest hospitality when visitors are present.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a private household or UHNW/HNW residence.
- Excellent housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care skills.
- Confident preparing simple family meals when required.
- Comfortable working around young children and supporting their daily routines.
- Genuine love for animals, with experience caring for dogs preferred.
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills.
- Flexible, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Verifiable references are essential.
Work conditions
- Accomodation: Live-in accommodation provided.
- Meals / allowance provided.
- Work Schedule: 6 days of work per week with 1 day off.
- Location: The Palm Jumeirah Dubai, UAE
- Start Date: 8th August 2026
