A private family in Dubai is seeking an experienced, educated, English-speaking Filipina live-in Housekeeper for their luxury villa.
This is a live-in position with dedicated staff accommodation provided within the villa. The role requires a reliable, well-organised and proactive individual who can independently manage all daily household responsibilities while maintaining exceptional standards.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable coordinating external service providers, managing household supplies through online platforms, and taking genuine ownership of the household's smooth operation.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the entire villa to the highest standards of cleanliness, tidiness and organisation
- Wash dishes and kitchenware using dishwasher or by hand as needed
- Handle all laundry, ironing and regular bed linen changes
- Clean curtains and arrange professional cleaning services when required
- Water plants according to their individual needs and assist with general garden upkeep
- Monitor swimming pool cleanliness and coordinate professional pool maintenance
- Prepare simple breakfasts such as eggs and toast
- Monitor and replenish groceries, fruit, drinking water and household essentials
- Maintain shopping lists and place online orders independently through Amazon and delivery platforms
- Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly to the employer
- Arrange and supervise external service providers for plumbing, electrical, appliances, pool and deep cleaning
- Obtain approval for expenses before confirming external services
- Ensure the villa remains well-maintained and fully functional at all times
Requirements
- We are seeking a Filipina candidate with a good educational background and the ability to read, write and communicate confidently in English.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in private villas or large households, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- You must be comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, online shopping platforms and delivery applications.
- The successful candidate will be reliable, responsible, trustworthy and proactive, taking genuine ownership of household operations.
- Experience coordinating household maintenance and managing external contractors would be a significant advantage.
- Verifiable employment references from previous positions are required.
- Previous gardening knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
