Job description
For our client's main residence, located in Treillières, on the outskirts of Nantes (Loire-Atlantique - 44), we are seeking a Housekeeper responsible for the general upkeep of the home as well as meal preparation.
Position to be filled as soon as possible, on a permanent contract (CDI), part-time (20 hours/week).
Responsibilities
- Interior cleaning (dusting, polishing, sweeping, general housekeeping)
- Managing laundry (washing, ironing, and putting away)
- Ensuring the home remains clean and tidy
- Receiving parcels and deliveries
- Welcoming service providers
- Preparing meals (balanced and varied family cooking) upon request
- Monitoring food stock and other supplies
- Doing shopping and errands, with reporting to the employer
- Various errands (dry cleaning, post office, florist, pharmacy)
- Looking after the dogs when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an equivalent position
- Versatile, independent, and methodical person
- Strong sense of responsibility and service
- Genuine interest in cooking
- Ability to fit easily into a family environment
- Comfortable with pets (2 small dogs)
- Discretion guaranteed regarding the employer's privacy
- Good command of French essential
- Driving licence required

Salary
