Job description

Our client residing in the 16th arrondissement of Paris is looking for a versatile Housekeeper (M/F) to be responsible for the interior upkeep of the home and meal preparation.

You will work alongside the existing member of staff. This is a permanent position (CDI) available immediately.

Responsibilities

Carrying out housekeeping tasks (cleaning, polishing, dusting, etc.)
Maintenance of silverware, crystal and porcelain
Linen management (washing, ironing and storing)
Management and organisation of wardrobes and dressing rooms
Preparing meals for the family during their time at the residence
Table setting and table service
Food shopping and other supply runs
Stock management
Expense reporting
Errand running (pharmacy, dry-cleaning, florist, etc.)

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar professional environment
Well-organised with the ability to work as part of a team
Eye for detail and high standards of work
Passion for cooking and mastery of the art of the table (table setting and service)
Absolute discretion towards the employer
Good with children
French-speaking; English or Italian a plus

Salary
