Job description
A distinguished family residing in a luxury villa on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, is seeking an experienced and professional Housekeeper to join their household.
This live-in position requires a dedicated individual with extensive villa experience who can maintain the highest standards of housekeeping while respecting family privacy.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of household management, from daily cleaning and organization to guest services and wardrobe care.

Responsibilities
- Maintain daily cleaning and organization of all rooms throughout the large villa to professional housekeeping standards.
- Plan and execute comprehensive cleaning schedules independently.
- Perform expert ironing, washing, and proper care of family clothing and delicate household items.
- Welcome and attend to guests with professional etiquette and hospitality.
- Set and present the dining table according to formal standards.
- Ensure all household items are properly maintained and organized.
- Manage household supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials.
- Keep the villa consistently neat, clean, and guest-ready at all times.
- Communicate effectively with family members regarding household needs.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements
- The family is seeking a Filipino Housekeeper with proven experience working in villas and large private homes.
- The ideal candidate must have a professional appearance, maintain impeccable personal grooming and cleanliness, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to interact professionally with family members and guests.
- The successful candidate will be responsible, trustworthy, friendly, and possess a positive attitude.
- They must be capable of working independently, planning their own schedules, and managing household tasks without constant supervision.
- Discretion and full respect for family privacy are paramount.
- The candidate should be detail-oriented with expertise in all aspects of housekeeping, including wardrobe care, cleaning techniques, and guest services.
Work conditions
- This is a live-in position based in a luxury villa on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE.
- Private accommodation will be provided within the villa.
- The role requires full-time commitment with flexibility to accommodate the family’s schedule and guest entertaining needs.
- The successful candidate will work independently while being part of the household team.
- All visa and employment documentation will be handled according to UAE labor regulations.

Salary
Salary is from 3500 AED per month.
