Full-Time Housekeeper job (M/F) in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, USA
Job description
A warm, professional family of two adults and one toddler (2 years old) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Live-Out Housekeeper to maintain their 6-bedroom residence.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is highly organized, and can manage responsibilities efficiently and independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform full housekeeping duties in a large residence, including cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared living areas.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen, including appliances, counters, and pantry organization.
- Manage laundry and linen care: washing, ironing, folding, and changing sheets.
- Organize closets, storage areas, and household items as needed.
- Monitor household supplies and inform the principals when restocking is required.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the day.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional housekeeping experience in private homes or luxury residences.
- Excellent references from previous employers.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check prior to hire.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Comfortable around young children (no childcare duties required, but a family-friendly attitude is appreciated).

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
