Job description
We are seeking a well-presented, proactive, and positive Live-Out Housekeeper to maintain a high-standard private apartment for a CEO based in DIFC, Dubai.
The principal travels frequently for business, so the ideal candidate must be self-sufficient, trustworthy, and fully capable of managing the household to an exceptional standard without supervision.
Above all else, attitude is everything. We are looking for someone with a genuine "yes, can-do" approach, someone who takes pride in their work, anticipates needs, and brings energy and positivity to every task.
Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of the apartment to a consistently high standard
- Deep cleaning and organisation on a regular schedule
- Laundry, ironing, steaming, and careful wardrobe care
- Packing and unpacking for the principal's business travel
- Maintaining order and organisation throughout the home at all times
- Light cooking and simple, healthy meal preparation when the principal is in residence
- Watering plants and tending to the home's general upkeep
- Ensuring household supplies and provisions are always fully stocked
- Maintaining a calm, discreet, and professional environment throughout
- Light meal preparation and cooking to be done as requested.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a housekeeper in a private household, luxury hotel, or high-end hospitality environment
- A hospitality background is absolutely welcome
- A genuine "yes, can-do" attitude- this matters more than anything else
- A sharp eye for detail.
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable at all times
- Discreet, reliable, and completely trustworthy
- Fully independent and comfortable working without supervision
- No children and no pets connected to this role.
Work conditions
- Position: Live-Out
- Location: DIFC, Dubai
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Working Hours: 10 to 12 hours per day. Hours will vary depending on the principal's schedule. When he is travelling, hours may be lighter. When he is in residence or entertaining guests, you will be expected to stay later and provide additional support, flexibility is essential.
