Job description

Our client is seeking a highly experienced, discreet, and long-term Live-In Housekeeper to support a private residence in Boca Raton, Florida, with occasional travel to Bermuda.

This is a full-time, long-term position for a professional housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining a warm, organized, and well-run household. The role is best suited for someone who is nurturing by nature, highly reliable, and comfortable becoming an integral part of the home.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm, respectful of privacy, and accustomed to working independently while maintaining consistently high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Daily cleaning and upkeep of the residence to a high standard.
  • Full laundry care, including washing, ironing, and organization.
  • Evening meal preparation (simple, home-style cooking).
  • Grocery shopping and household supply management.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all living spaces.
  • Dog care, including daily walks and basic pet supervision.
  • Ensuring the home remains guest-ready at all times.
  • Supporting the household during travel periods.
  • Maintaining discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a housekeeper in private households.
  • Comfortable in a live-in role.
  • Warm, trustworthy, and respectful personality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with laundry and household routines.
  • Comfortable caring for pets (dog required).
  • Ability to travel internationally when needed (Bermuda).
  • Basic English communication skills acceptable.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
