Job description
A private residence based in Belgrade is seeking a reliable and experienced full-time Housekeeper to support the smooth running of the household.
The role involves working in a family home with two adults and two children, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organisation, and overall household efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Full housekeeping of a 5-bedroom residence.
- Laundry and ironing, including care for shirts and suits.
- Grocery shopping and pantry management (stock rotation, supplies).
- Maintaining organisation and cleanliness of all living areas.
- Light meal preparation for the children when required.
- Supervising the children briefly after school when needed.
- Ensuring the home remains tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a private residence.
- Experience working in international households is preferred.
- Good level of English required.
- Highly detail-oriented, organised, and service-oriented.
- Discreet, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Seeking a long-term position within a stable household.
Work conditions
- 6 days per week, approximately 10 hours per day
- Typical schedule starting around 08:30 AM, finishing around 6:00 PM
- Occasional travel to the family’s holiday properties (with additional compensation)
