We are expanding our presence in the Middle East and are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter based in the region to support our continued growth.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and well-connected Freelance Recruiter with proven recruitment experience in the Middle East.
The ideal candidate has an excellent understanding of the regional luxury service industry and is confident recruiting for high-profile private households, family offices, luxury hospitality, and executive support positions.
This is a remote freelance position offering flexibility while working closely with our international recruitment team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to successful placement.

Source, identify, interview, and assess high-caliber candidates across the Middle East (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman...)
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified professionals within the luxury household and private service sectors.
- Develop candidate pipelines for current and future recruitment assignments.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and reference checks.
- Present qualified candidates with detailed profiles and recommendations.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Collaborate with Morgan & Mallet consultants on international recruitment projects.
- Monitor recruitment trends and salary benchmarks within the Middle East market.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within luxury staffing, executive search, hospitality, or private households.
- Current residence in the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of the regional employment market and recruitment practices.
- Experience recruiting for UHNW individuals, family offices, luxury hospitality groups, or executive-level positions is highly desirable.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential. Arabic is a strong advantage, and additional languages are appreciated.
