Job description

Exceptional private property of approximately 1200 m², located in the heart of Saint-Tropez, is looking for a high-level bilingual French/English House Manager (M/F), to accompany a UHNW family to international standards.

This strategic role is aimed at a qualified profile, accustomed to confidential environments and the highest levels of service, capable of embodying operational excellence, absolute discretion and impeccable management of both the day-to-day and the exceptional.

The position is mainly field-oriented and operational, with a more limited administrative part. Permanent contract - Full-time. To be filled from February/March 2026.

 

Responsibilities

Operational & field management (≈ 70%)
  • Complete supervision of the day-to-day operation of the house, with a General Housekeeper approach.
  • Management and coordination of the house staff (schedules, standards, routines).
  • Development and management of the cleaning schedules of the Domestic Employee on duty: daily, weekly and in-depth.
  • Maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation, consistent with a luxury home.
  • Supervision of cleaning, laundry and ironing; Coordination of the dry cleaning (1 to 2 times a week depending on the trips).
  • Organization of the storage of spaces, cupboards and common areas.
  • Care and protection of delicate materials, specific surfaces and valuables.
  • Preparation of the house for the reception of owners and guests; house always ready to receive.
  • High-end concierge service: restaurant reservations, taxis, hairdresser, sports coach, various service providers...
  • Presence and discreet service with the owners.
 
Administrative management and coordination (≈ 30%)
  • Weekly interface with the office team.
  • Weekly French/English reporting to the PA (reports, follow-ups, reports).
  • Overall administrative management of the property:
  • Invoice tracking and payment
  • Budget and financial monitoring
  • Mastery of digital tools: AI, Outlook, Zoom, shared calendars, as well as administrative and financial management tools related to the monitoring of expenses, purchases and invoicing.
  • Supervision and follow-up of the work of the villa (service providers, planning, quality control).
  • Monitoring and management of domestic goods purchases.
  • Ability to prioritize, anticipate and structure priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an equivalent position with a UHNW family, in an exceptional private property or in an international luxury hotel environment.
  • Perfectly bilingual French/English, with good writing quality in both languages.
  • Proven experience in close and almost daily collaboration with a Senior Personal Assistant and a team of family assistants, in a logic of fluid coordination, structured reporting and anticipation of needs.
  • Solid expertise in team management, operational organization and management of service standards at the highest level.
  • Advanced mastery of IT and digital tools (collaborative environments, financial and reporting tools, high-end digital solutions).
  • Developed attention to detail, constant requirement for precision, consistency and excellence in execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in total autonomy, while federating, guiding and supporting teams with leadership and benevolence.
  • Loyal, respectful, discreet and trustworthy personality.
  • Flexibility required, proactive, positive and elegant attitude in all circumstances.
  • Full adherence to the values of confidentiality, professionalism and commitment.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.

Work conditions

  • Location: Saint-Tropez, FRANCE
  • Type of contract: Permanent contract - Full time - Hours to be defined
  • Housing: to be discussed with the candidate
  • If live-out: the candidate must live in the immediate vicinity of the property.
  • If live-in: self-contained accommodation on site within the property.

Salary

From €60,000.00 gross per year
