Job description
A VIP family in Tampa, Florida is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Full-Time Private Chef to oversee daily meal preparation for two adults and three children.
This is a long-term, live-out position requiring a chef who is technically strong yet highly receptive to direction. The ideal candidate must demonstrate flexibility, humility, and the ability to adjust cooking techniques according to detailed principal preferences.
The household is private and does not frequently entertain. The emphasis is on consistency, discipline, and daily execution rather than event-driven cuisine.
Responsibilities
- Prepare structured, health-focused meals for two adults and three children
- Prioritize the female principal’s bodybuilding-focused diet plan
- Follow detailed dietary instructions precisely
- Adapt recipes and techniques based on principal feedback
- Maintain consistency in macro-focused meal planning
- Demonstrate knowledge of bodybuilder-style nutrition
- Source high-quality, fresh ingredients
- Adjust seasoning and cooking methods as requested
- Exhibit strong discipline in maintaining dietary standards
- Collaborate with housekeeper, personal assistant, and incoming Chief of Staff
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
- Manage grocery procurement as needed
- Prepare meals according to the household schedule
- Travel domestically and internationally up to twice per year
- Adapt meal planning to travel environments
- Oversee and manage the logistics of the main house kitchen and pantry
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Private Chef in a UHNW or HNW household
- Strong understanding of bodybuilding / fitness-based nutrition
- Demonstrated flexibility and openness to direction
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable working in a structured, private household
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Live-out availability in Tampa, Florida
- Highly adaptable
- Detail-oriented
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Work conditions
- Location: Tampa, Florida, United States of America
- Schedule: 5 days a week
Salary
$100,000–$120,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
