Full-Time Live-Out Housekeeper job in Miami, Florida, USA
Job description
We are seeking an experienced, live-out Housekeeper for a permanent full-time position in Miami, Florida (specifically Coral Gables) for one of our VIP clients at their 23,000 sq ft house.
The ideal candidate lives in or near Coral Gables, enjoys working as part of a team, and has experience in maintaining a beautiful large property with high-end materials.
This is a position to be filled promptly and is intended for the long term.
Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing all areas of the home.
- Care for high-end materials and furnishings with attention to detail.
- Manage laundry and ironing, ensuring garments are treated according to their care instructions.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Handle any special requests or tasks as directed by the client.
- Ensure the property is always in pristine condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate person.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a housekeeper (M/F) in a luxury property.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Friendly, polite, and trustworthy.
- Discreet and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Proactive during the owners' presence.
- Resides nearby or in Coral Gables.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Work conditions
- Position Available: September - October.
- Work Location: Based in Coral Gables, Florida
- Employment Contract:Â Full Time Permanent (CDI)
- A 40-hour work week (from 7 am - 3pm ET) with flexibility when the employers are on-site.
