Job description
We are seeking a House Manager (M/F) for our client’s primary residence located in Marrakech, Morocco.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the property, supervision of the existing household team, and coordination of the client’s other international residences.
This position is available immediately and is offered on a full-time permanent contract. Accommodation on site may be provided.
Responsibilities
- Full oversight of the property’s day-to-day operations.
- Coordination and supervision of the residences located in Dublin, Casablanca, and New York.
- Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
- Managing and coordinating the household staff (private chef, gardeners, housekeepers, drivers, security personnel, etc.).
- Supervising team performance and daily operations.
- Managing schedules, recruitment, and staff training.
- Overseeing inventories and stock management.
- Assisting with the organization and coordination of private events.
- Liaising with and supervising external contractors and service providers.
- Managing expenses and providing regular reporting to the employer.
- Ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Monitoring maintenance logs and ensuring the property is properly maintained.
- Traveling with the employer (approximately 3 months in Spain during summer and winter ski trips).
- Responding promptly and efficiently to the employer’s requests.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a high-end private property.
- Strong organizational and operational skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- High level of responsibility and premium service mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools (apps, spreadsheets, reporting tools).
- Flexible and mobile.
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Salary
€4,500–€5,500 gross per month (depending on profile)
