An entrepreneur at heart, I’ve been working in the luxury goods industry for 20 years. Recruitment has always been a passion for me, because this profession fulfils all the criteria necessary for human understanding. I’ve also had the good fortune to meet some of the world’s wealthiest people from a wide variety of backgrounds. It’s also a real pleasure to place candidates in the jobs of their dreams.

I’ve been the co-founder of the Morgan Mallet International agency since 2014 and I recruit staff with as much passion and motivation as ever. Our prestigious clients have been placing their trust in us for 11 years now! I studied cookery and was trained at the Ferrandi school in Paris, I was able to study at the Plaza Athénée hotel. I then moved to London to work as a nanny for a HNW family before setting up the Morgan Mallet International agency.

With over 6 years’ experience in recruitment, training and business development, I’m passionate about helping companies and candidates with their career plans. As Sales Director for France at Morgan & Mallet, the world leader in the placement of top-of-the-range domestic staff, I manage the Paris and Côte d’Azur/Monaco offices and a team of 9 colleagues. My mission is to offer tailor-made solutions to the most demanding clients, be they luxury companies, private families or public figures, in France and abroad. I share Morgan & Mallet’s values of quality, excellence and discretion, and I strive to build relationships of trust and loyalty with my clients.

As a former banker, I have for many years offered tailored services and excellent relationship to high end clients. This background allowed me to join the Morgan & Mallet International adventure where I have been working for 7 years now

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in demanding environments within major international groups. These experiences have enabled me to deepen my understanding of the needs of both clients and candidates, and to develop a proven ability to identify the talent best suited to each position. 

More than 10 years abroad have been an invaluable source of personal and professional enrichment. They have given me a global perspective and the agility and adaptability I need to navigate successfully in multicultural and diverse environments.

Solving clients’ challenges, providing candidates with sympathetic support and putting everyone’s satisfaction first are all objectives that drive my professional approach.

Recruitment consultant, after gaining solid experience in luxury hospitality and catering, I spent several years in England to immerse myself in the local culture and perfect my mastery of the English language. Upon my return to France, I seized the opportunity to join a leading group specialized in recruiting senior executives while developing a high-end concierge service. Subsequently, in 2022, I joined the Morgan & Mallet group as a consultant specializing in recruitment for yacht crews, household staff, and luxury chalets.

My daily motivation lies in the satisfaction of both clients and candidates. I particularly focus on establishing a thorough exchange with each client to precisely understand their needs and identify exceptional candidates who perfectly meet the established criteria. My strong interpersonal skills enable me to maintain high-quality professional relationships with all the candidates and clients I have had the opportunity to collaborate with.

Launching my HR career in 2021, I established a strong foundation for my current role as an HR Assistant at Morgan & Mallet, where I’ve been working since October 2023 as part of my Master’s in HR Management apprenticeship. This position allows me to refine recruitment strategies, foster employee relations, and optimize HR processes. My career journey emphasizes adaptability, creativity, and a steadfast commitment to HR excellence. By integrating academic theories with hands-on experience, I contribute to a robust HR framework. Moreover, my focus on a high-end clientele, stemming from valuable experience in the retail and luxury sectors since 2021, enriches my approach to talent management and customer service excellence.

As a Master’s student in Communication and Digital Strategy, I have been evolving within the SEO and Social Media team at Morgan & Mallet for nearly a year. My journey began in 2022 as a recruitment assistant while concurrently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Leadership.

My determination and thirst for learning are my main assets, driving me to work every day to support companies in their internal and external development.
