Job description
A warm and friendly family relocating to Monaco is seeking a loving and energetic Weekend
Nanny to care for their two young boys, aged 4 and 2 years old.
The family consists of two parents, two children, a full-time weekday nanny, a senior
housekeeper, a chef, and a friendly Labradoodle dog.
The household environment is relaxed, informal, and family-oriented, and the parents are looking for a nanny who can create a fun, engaging, and nurturing atmosphere for the children during weekends.
The main focus of the role is spending quality time with the boys, organizing activities, and
ensuring they are happy, safe, and entertained.
There may occasionally be weekend travel with the family, so flexibility to travel is appreciated.
Responsibilities
• Full care of the two children during weekends
• Planning and organising fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
• Playing with the children and encouraging outdoor and active play
• Ensuring the children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
• Preparing and cooking simple, healthy meals for the children
• Feeding the children and supervising mealtimes
• Bathing, dressing, and preparing the children for bedtime when required
• Managing the children’s laundry and wardrobe organisation
• Keeping the children’s bedrooms, play areas, and toys clean and tidy
• Packing bags for outings and activities
• Supporting and maintaining the children’s daily routines
• Occasional travel with the family during weekends if required
• Working alongside the family’s weekday nanny and other household staff
Requirements
• Proven experience working with toddlers
• Experience caring for two young children simultaneously
• Warm, loving, and nurturing personality
• Energetic and active, able to keep up with young children
• Reliable, responsible, and organised
• Comfortable working in a private household environment
• Dog-friendly (the family has a Labradoodle)
• Portuguese oe English required

Schedule
Weekend Position:
• Saturday and Sunday
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Optional Full-Time Position
For candidates seeking a full-time role, the family is open to offering additional working days
during the week.
In this case, the nanny would work:
· Weekends in a sole-charge nanny role, and:
· 3 afternoons during the week (approximately 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM) providing either:
• Nanny support, working alongside the main nanny and engaging with the children, or:
• Light household support, including tidying, laundry, and assisting with the smooth dayto-day running of the home.
The role can be tailored depending on the candidate’s strengths and preferences, with a clear
priority on maintaining a positive, child-focused environment.
This schedule represents approximately 39 hours per week.

The family is looking for someone who is naturally warm, playful, and loving, and who genuinely
enjoys spending time with young children. The nanny should be engaging, positive, and energetic,
helping create happy and memorable weekends for the boys.
Salary
Weekend-only role:
€22 - €28 per hour net
≈ €2,100 - €2,700 net per month (based on 24 hours per weekend)
Full-time role (if combined with housekeeping):
€3,200 – €3,600 net per month
