Travelling Personal Assistant job (M/F) in Monaco
Job description
A private family based in Monaco is seeking a Travelling Personal Assistant to support the principal day to day and while travelling.
The family moves between several residences and expects flawless organisation, wherever they are and whatever the hour.
You are the principal's anchor point: the one who knows the schedule before it changes, who has already booked the hotel before the trip is confirmed, and who handles the unexpected calmly, wherever you happen to be.
Responsibilities
- Manage the principal's schedule with foresight, juggling personal and professional priorities
- Organise all travel arrangements flights, hotels, transfers, visas including at short notice
- Accompany the principal on trips to France, Switzerland, Italy and internationally
- Handle correspondence and confidential documents with the utmost rigour
- Liaise with other members of staff to ensure smooth organisation
- Coordinate with external service providers lawyers, bankers, luxury suppliers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a PA for a demanding private or UHNW clientele
- Fluent English; a third language would be appreciated
- Genuine availability evenings, weekends, last-minute departures
- Valid passport, allowing free international travel
- Driving licence essential
- Absolute discretion and impeccable presentation
- Calm under pressure
- Verifiable references from recognised UHNW households
Work conditions
- Location: Monaco, with frequent travel (France, Switzerland, Italy, international)
- Contract type: Permanent (CDI) – Full-time
- Availability: To be defined with the family
