Travelling Nanny job (M/F) in Monaco
Job description
Morgan & Mallet International is recruiting, on behalf of a private family, an experienced Travelling Nanny to care for their two young boys (8 months and 1 year 8 months).
This position, based in Monaco, involves frequent international travel alongside the family. This is a permanent contract (CDI), live-out position (a local candidate is preferred).
Responsibilities
Childcare
- Provide complete daily care for both boys, adapting to each child's age-specific developmental needs
- Manage routines: meals, naps, hygiene, and age-appropriate activities and stimulation
- Accompany the elder child to nursery 2 to 3 times per week (drop-off and pick-up)
- Ensure a safe, warm, and stimulating environment at all times, including while travelling
Travel & Flexibility
- Travel regularly with the family, adapting routines to different locations and time zones
- Maintain continuity in the children's comfort and care during travel
Household Support
- Take part in a few child-related household tasks (tidying play areas, children's laundry, preparing meals/snacks)
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the household, without being responsible for general upkeep
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment
- Proven experience with infants and young children, ideally within a private household
- Fluent English, with a second language required (Italian or French)
- Dynamic, proactive individual, comfortable with frequent travel
- Willing to contribute to light household tasks in addition to childcare
- Discreet, flexible, reliable, with excellent references
- Local candidate preferred
