Job description

A leading company operates in the premium segment of luxury villas, high-end residences and exclusive hospitality properties.

Our clients expect discretion, precision, responsiveness and excellence. We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Sales & HR Coordinator who understands the standards of the luxury market and can represent our company accordingly.

This role is primarily sales-driven, with additional HR and administrative coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Primary Focus: Sales & Client Relations
  • Prepare, present and confidently follow up on professional quotations.
  • Communicate with villa owners, property managers and hotel representatives.
  • Build trust with high-end clientele.
  • Support negotiation and closing of maintenance contracts.
  • Coordinate closely with operations to ensure premium service delivery.

 

Secondary Focus: HR & Internal Coordination

  • Assist with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and employee records.
  • Support visa and HR administrative processes.
  • Monitor attendance and internal documentation flow.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoicing and LPO follow-up.

Requirements

  • Able to multitask without compromising quality.
  • Trustworthy, discreet and aligned with long-term company growth.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Experience in luxury property, hospitality or maintenance sector preferred.

Work conditions

  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week - 9 hours a day
  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Accomodation: not provided
  • Contract type: Full-time, permanent
