Job description

A professional and highly experienced Rota Nanny is sought to support a busy family relocating from Los Angeles to Miami.

The role involves caring for three young children in a fully staffed household environment, working collaboratively with the mother and other household team members.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned childcare professional with extensive experience working with infants and toddlers, capable of providing structured support, developmental engagement, and seamless daily assistance within a dynamic household.

This is a live-out position requiring full-time coverage through a rotational or split schedule arrangement to ensure consistent support throughout the week.

Responsibilities

  • Providing attentive, hands-on care for three children (4.5 years, nearly 3 years, and 9 months).
  • Supporting the children’s daily routines, including feeding, naps, and structured activities.
  • Creating age-appropriate developmental and educational activities.
  • Preparing meals and snacks for the children.
  • Managing children’s laundry and wardrobe organization.
  • Maintaining organization of play areas and children’s spaces.
  • Assisting with light housekeeping related to the children.
  • Collaborating closely with the mother, who is actively involved in daily childcare.
  • Working as part of a team with other nannies and household staff.
  • Providing full coverage through coordinated scheduling (including weekends).
  • Traveling with the family as required.
  • Being adaptable and proactive during downtime (e.g., organizing, preparing activities).

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional childcare experience.
  • Strong experience with infants, toddlers, and multiple children.
  • Background in early childhood education or child development preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Team-oriented with a flexible and collaborative mindset.
  • Calm, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discreet and accustomed to private household standards.

Work conditions

  • Accommodation: Live-out
  • Work Schedule: Full-time coverage required
  • Days Off: To be determined based on rotation/schedule structure
  • Location: South Miami, Florida
  • Start Date: First week of August 2026
  • Benefits: Health insurance contribution+ PTO
