Job description

Morgan & Mallet International is looking for an enthusiastic and polished Recruiter to join its team in Dubai.

The selected individual will be accountable for finding, identifying, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates with private clients, households, VIPs, and prominent figures.

This position demands outstanding communication abilities, confidentiality, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to handle several hiring projects concurrently in a fast-moving, global setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from candidate search and vetting to scheduling interviews, final selection, and onboarding.
Discover qualified applicants via candidate databases, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, and additional professional channels.
Perform phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate applicants' background, expertise, character, and fit for specific roles.
Create and foster a robust network of qualified talent within the UAE and globally.
Gain a deep comprehension of client demands and deliver customized talent acquisition strategies.
Draft applicant profiles and showcase suitable candidates to clients in a refined and persuasive manner.
Organize interviews between applicants and clients while steering the hiring journey toward successful placement.
Execute reference checks and ensure applicants meet mandatory professional criteria.
Maintain precise and current candidate and client records within internal management systems.
Cultivate lasting relationships with job seekers and clients while offering premium service across the entire hiring process.
Remain up to date on talent trends, compensation standards, and the private recruitment market in Dubai and overseas.
Guarantee strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client and candidate data.
Participate in business development efforts to help reinforce the firm's footprint across Dubai and the broader Middle East.

Requirements

Experience in the luxury and high-end sectors
Prior background in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, headhunting, HR, or a related sector.
Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact seamlessly with high-profile clients.
Advanced candidate sourcing and evaluation capabilities.
Ability to handle multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
Professional, discreet, and highly structured mindset.
Strong attention to detail and rigorous follow-up skills.
At ease engaging with high-net-worth individuals, private clients, and executive-level professionals.
Flawless written and spoken English.
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, Microsoft Office, and ATS/CRM software.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.
Background in luxury, private staffing, high-end hospitality, executive placement, or domestic staffing is highly beneficial.
