Job description

A prominent VVIP family based in Lahore, who own multiple properties, is seeking a Professional Waitress to provide high-standard table service and manage the dining experience at their main estate.

The family has a total staff of 40–50 across all properties, including several team members who already assist with service.

The Waitress will be responsible for serving meals, managing the dining area, and ensuring a high standard of service, while guiding and organizing the other service staff when required.

This role will report directly to the House Manager. The family is also expanding their European staff team, including positions such as House Manager, Housekeeper, Private Chef, Gardener, and Waitress, to supervise and guide the local and other Asian staff.

European passport holders are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Serve meals to the family and guests with professionalism and high standards.
  • Maintain the dining area, ensuring it is clean, neat, and well-organized.
  • Handle table setup, presentation, and decoration for meals and events.
  • Supervise and guide existing service staff as needed to ensure smooth service.
  • Anticipate the needs of the family and guests, providing attentive and polite service.
  • Collaborate with household management on special events, gatherings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and operational efficiency.
  • Occasionally travel with the family and provide the same level of service while away from the main estate.

Requirements

  • European passport holder preferred.
  • Proven experience as a professional waitress in private households, VVIP environments, or high-end establishments.
  • Excellent table service skills and knowledge of formal dining etiquette.
  • Neat, tidy, and well-presented; strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to supervise and guide other service staff.
  • Discreet, loyal, and professional in conduct.
  • Flexible and adaptable; working hours may vary, including travel with the family.

Work conditions

  • Private accommodation provided (including attached bathroom).
  • Meals provided.
  • Working hours: 8–10 hours per day (flexibility required).
  • Schedule: 6 days per week, 1 day off.
  • Flights covered for initial relocation.
  • Work visa and medical insurance provided.
  • Annual leave flight ticket provided.
